

Ingredients
- 1 Atkins Low Carb Tortilla
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 50 g Chicken Breast Strips
- 50 g Milbona Skyrella “Mozzarella”
- 100 g Mushrooms
- ¼ tsp Oregano
- 10 g Rucola or green salad of your choice
Preperation
- Spread the tomato sauce on the tortilla wrap and place all the other ingredients, except the mozzarella and green salad.
- Bake in oven for around 8 mins or until lighltly browned.
- Cover with the mozzarella cheese and bake for another 2 minutes.
- Once cooked, add the rucola or green salad on top and serve immediately.
