Low Carb Pizza


  • 1 Atkins Low Carb Tortilla
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 50 g Chicken Breast Strips
  • 50 g Milbona Skyrella “Mozzarella”
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • ¼ tsp Oregano
  • 10 g Rucola or green salad of your choice


  • Spread the tomato sauce on the tortilla wrap and place all the other ingredients, except the mozzarella and green salad.
  • Bake in oven for around 8 mins or until lighltly browned.
  • Cover with the mozzarella cheese and bake for another 2 minutes.
  • Once cooked, add the rucola or green salad on top and serve immediately.
