- Orders will be delivered by our own staff.
- Orders can be collected from our premises, please contact us first to arrange this.
- Delivery is made on normal working days only and does not include Public Holidays.
We cannot be held liable for any loss suffered by you should you fail to provide the correct address for delivery, please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase and submit a photo of the item(s) received. After 7 days we can no longer accept your return.
Goods must be packaged carefully prior to returning to us and must include a letter with the invoice number or receipt number, name, contact details, and stating why the items are being returned and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. Please provide as much information as possible in order that we can process your return as fast as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without having first contacted us.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
